Neo Cover Base - a universal base for a perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections, and give a delicate, soft tint to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that is self-leveling and requires no extra effort, making it suitable for both experienced technicians and beginners.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

Usage instructions:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the sticky layer.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
