Neo Cover Base - universal base for a perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections and add a delicate, soft shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, making them suitable for both experienced and beginner professionals.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

Application method:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Wipe off the tacky layer.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
