Neo Cover Base - Universal base for perfect manicure. Designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections and give a delicate, soft tint to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, so it will suit both an experienced master and a beginner.
The palette repeats shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly facilitates color selection for the client.

Instructions:
1. On prepared nails, apply a thin layer of adhesive base, cure for 60 sec in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply clear or color base.
4. Cure for 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.
