Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections, and give a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, so it is suitable for both experienced masters and beginners.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

Directions for use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 sec in a 24 W LED lamp.
2. Remove stickiness.
3. Apply clear or color base.
4. Cure for 60 sec in a 48 W LED lamp.

Cure time: 60 sec in a 48 W LED lamp.
