Neo Cover Base - A versatile base for a perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections and give a delicate, soft shade to natural nails.
The bases are of medium consistency, self-leveling with ease, requiring no extra effort, making them suitable for both experienced professionals and beginners.
The color palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which significantly simplifies color selection for clients.

Usage instructions:
1. On prepared nails, thinly apply an adhesive base, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Wipe off the sticky layer.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
