Neo Cover Base - universal base for an ideal manicure. It is created to slightly level the nail surface, hide minor imperfections, and provide a delicate, soft shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily without additional effort, so it suits both experienced and beginner nail technicians.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, significantly simplifying color selection for clients.

How to use:
1. On prepared nails, apply a thin layer of adhesive base and cure for 60 seconds in an LED lamp 24 W.
2. Remove the tacky layer.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in an LED lamp 48 W.

Curing time: 60 seconds in an LED lamp 48 W.
