Neo Cover Base - universal base for a perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly even out the nail surface, hide minor imperfections, and give a delicate gentle shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, so it is suitable for both an experienced nail technician and a beginner.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, and Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies choosing a color for the client.

Method of use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base on prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the tackiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Ingredients: Polyacrylic Acid, Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate, Acrylates Copolymer, Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone, Ethyl Trimethylbenzoyl Phenylphosphinate, Silica.
