Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections and give a delicate gentle shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that is self-leveling without extra effort, making it suitable for both experienced professionals and beginners.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, making it easier to select colors for the client.

How to use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the sticky layer.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
