Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide minor imperfections and give a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that easily self-levels and requires no additional effort, so it is suitable for both experienced and beginner nail techs.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

How to use:
1. On prepared nails apply a thin layer of adhesive base, cure for 60 sec in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the sticky layer.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.
