Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide small imperfections, and give a delicate soft tint to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that easily self-levels and requires no extra effort, making them suitable for both experienced and beginner nail technicians.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, making it much easier to select a color for the client.

How to use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure 60 sec in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.

Ingredients: Polyacrylic Acid, Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate, Acrylates Copolymer, Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone, Ethyl Trimethylbenzoyl Phenylphosphinate, Silica.
