Neo Cover Base - Universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections and give a delicate soft tint to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, making them suitable for both experienced and beginner nail technicians.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, greatly simplifying color selection for the client.

How to use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails and cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Wipe off the inhibition layer.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Cure time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
