Neo Cover Base - Universal base for the perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections, and give natural nails a delicate, soft shade.
The bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, making it suitable for both experienced professionals and beginners.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

Instructions for use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails; cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
