Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is created to slightly even out the nail surface, hide small imperfections and give a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and does not require extra effort, so it suits both experienced masters and beginners.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies the color selection for the client.

Directions for use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base on prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Polymerization time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
