Neo Cover Base - universal base for ideal manicure. It is created to slightly level the nail surface, hide minor imperfections and give a delicate, soft shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that easily self-levels and does not require extra effort, therefore it is suitable for both experienced technician and beginner.
The palette replicates the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly facilitates color selection for the client.

How to use:
1. On prepared nails, apply a thin layer of adhesive base, cure for 60 sec in LED lamp 24W.
2. Remove stickiness.
3. Apply transparent or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 sec in LED lamp 48W.

Curing time: 60 sec in LED lamp 48W.
