Neo Cover Base - universal base for a perfect manicure. It is created to slightly level the nail surface, hide small imperfections and give a delicate, gentle shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, so it is suitable for both an experienced master and a beginner.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, making it much easier to select a color for the client.

How to use:
1. Apply a thin adhesive base to the prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the tackiness.
3. Apply a clear or color base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Composition: Polyacrylic Acid, Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate, Acrylates Copolymer, Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone, Ethyl Trimethylbenzoyl Phenylphosphinate, Silica.
