Neo Cover Base - Universal base for the perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly even out the nail surface, conceal small imperfections, and give a delicate gentle shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that is easily self-leveling and requires no extra effort, making it suitable for both an experienced master and a beginner.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

How to use:
1. On prepared nails, apply a thin layer of adhesive base, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
