Neo Cover Base A universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide minor imperfections, and give natural nails a delicate, soft tint.
Bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort; suitable for both experienced and beginner nail technicians.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, and Neo Cover Top, making color selection for clients much easier.

How to use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base onto prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the sticky residue.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
