Neo Cover Base - universal base for a perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections and give a delicate, subtle tint to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, making it suitable for both experienced professionals and beginners.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

How to use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails and cure for 60 seconds in a 24 W LED lamp.
2. Remove the tackiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48 W LED lamp.

Cure time: 60 sec in a 48 W LED lamp.
