Neo Cover Base - Universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide small imperfections, and give a delicate, gentle shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, making them suitable for both experienced and beginner nail technicians.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for clients.

How to use:
1. On prepared nails, apply a thin layer of adhesive base, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the dispersion layer.
3. Apply a transparent or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
