Neo Cover Base - Universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections and give a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency, which easily self-levels and requires no extra effort, therefore it will suit both an experienced master and a beginner.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly facilitates the color selection for the client.

Directions for Use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 sec in an LED lamp 24 W.
2. Remove tackiness.
3. Apply clear or color base.
4. Cure for 60 sec in an LED lamp 48 W.

Curing time: 60 sec in an LED lamp 48 W.
