Neo Cover Base A universal base for a perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections, and give a delicate, soft shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that is self-leveling and does not require additional effort, so it is suitable for both experienced and beginner nail technicians.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, and Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

Directions for use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base onto prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the tacky layer.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Ingredients: Polyacrylic Acid, Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate, Acrylates Copolymer, Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone, Ethyl Trimethylbenzoyl Phenylphosphinate, Silica.
