Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections and give a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency, self-level easily and do not require extra effort, so it is suitable for both an experienced master and a beginner.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

How to use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
