Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide small imperfections and give a delicate gentle shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and does not require extra effort, so it will suit both an experienced master and a beginner.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly facilitates color selection for the client.

How to use:
1. On prepared nails, apply a thin adhesive base, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply clear or color base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
