Neo Cover Base - universal base for a perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide minor imperfections, and give a delicate, gentle shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that is self-leveling and requires no extra effort, so it is suitable for both experienced professionals and beginners.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

How to use:
1. Apply adhesive base thinly onto prepared nails and cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Wipe off the tacky layer.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
