Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is created to slightly level the nail surface, hide minor imperfections and give a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and does not require additional effort, so it will suit both an experienced master and a beginner.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which makes it much easier to select a color for the client.

Method of use:
1. Apply adhesive base thinly to prepared nails, cure 60 seconds in 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove stickiness.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure 60 seconds in 48W LED lamp.

Cure time: 60 seconds in 48W LED lamp.

Ingredients: Polyacrylic Acid, Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate, Acrylates Copolymer, Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone, Ethyl Trimethylbenzoyl Phenylphosphinate, Silica.
