Neo Cover Base - universal base for a perfect manicure. It is created to slightly level the nail surface, hide small imperfections and give a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, so it is suitable for both an experienced master and a beginner.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

Directions for use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure 60 sec in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.
