Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections and give a delicate soft tint to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that is easily self-leveling and requires no extra effort, making it suitable for both experienced professionals and beginners.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, making color selection for the client significantly easier.

How to use:
1. On prepared nails, apply a thin layer of adhesive base, cure for 60 sec in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the tackiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.

Polymerization time: 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.
