Neo Cover Base - Universal base for a perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide minor imperfections, and give a delicate subtle shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, making them suitable for both an experienced master and a beginner.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for clients.

Purpose: for easy leveling, for color coating.

Usage instructions:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the tacky layer.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Polymerization time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
