Neo Cover Base - a universal base for a perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections, and give a delicate soft tint to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that is self-leveling and does not require additional effort, so it is suitable for both an experienced master and a beginner.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

Method of use:
1. On prepared nails, apply a thin layer of adhesive base, cure for 60 seconds in an LED lamp 24 W.
2. Remove tackiness.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in an LED lamp 48 W.

Curing time: 60 seconds in an LED lamp 48 W.

Ingredients: Polyacrylic Acid, Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate, Acrylates Copolymer, Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone, Ethyl Trimethylbenzoyl Phenylphosphinate, Silica.
