Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide minor imperfections, and give a delicate, soft shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that easily self-levels and does not require additional effort, so it will suit both experienced professionals and beginners.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which makes color selection for the client much easier.

How to use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
