Neo Cover Base - Universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide small imperfections, and give a delicate gentle shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that easily self-levels and requires no additional effort, so it is suitable for both an experienced master and a beginner.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly facilitates the selection of color for the client.

Method of use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 sec in a 24 W LED lamp.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 sec in a 48 W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 sec in a 48 W LED lamp.

Ingredients: Polyacrylic Acid, Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate, Acrylates Copolymer, Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone, Ethyl Trimethylbenzoyl Phenylphosphinate, Silica.
