Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections and give a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that is self-leveling and requires no extra effort, so it is suitable for both experienced and beginner nail technicians.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, and Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for clients.

How to use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the sticky layer.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
