Delivery options

We ship parcels using the national postal company unless the customer requests another delivery method.

Delivery terms: FCA (Free carrier).

The Ukrainian national postal company sends parcels to your country, where they are received and delivered by your country’s postal operator.

Within your country, your parcel will typically be delivered by the national postal company, or in some cases by a private postal carrier that partners with them.

Depending on local practices, the recipient may either collect the parcel at a postal office or receive it directly from a courier.

At the time of sending the parcel, we provide you with a tracking number to identify the parcel.

Our parcels are sent from Ukraine. At this time, civil aviation does not deliver cargo from Ukraine. Parcels are sent by ground to a neighboring country and loaded onto an aircraft in neighboring country. For this reason, delivery may take longer.

Information for Europeans: Many of our clients use the services of private carriers. We send many parcels daily via private carriers to Poland, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, France, Italy and other countries. Bus drivers who carry out regular flights from Ukraine to European countries deliver parcels along the way. This method is very convenient and fast. If you live in a European country and would like to receive your parcel via a private carrier, please let us know.

Shipping costs

The cost of shipping is not included in the order on our website, because it depends on the weight of the fully packaged parcel and is calculated on the website of the national postal company on an online calculator.

To calculate the exact cost, we will need to review the list of items in your order so that they can be boxed and weighed.

Once the parcel is prepared, we will send you:

  • a photo of the ordered items,

  • a photo showing the weight of the packaged parcel, and

  • screenshots from the postal company’s website indicating the shipping cost.

We ship a lot of orders all over the world because the shipping costs are affordable.

If the shipping cost doesn’t suit you, you’re free to cancel the order.

Attention! The larger the package, the more favorable the shipping cost.

Delivery timing

Delivery to your country may take about 7 days, but in some cases, it can take more than 20 days.
The delivery time depends on several factors, including the distance from Ukraine, the number of transit points along the route, and the rules of your national postal service.

Parcels are sent by the Ukrainian national postal company and then handed over to your country’s postal service for final delivery.
The overall delivery speed depends mainly on the efficiency of your national postal service.

During high-demand periods major holidays, postal companies may experience delays due to increased shipping volumes. Consequently, delivery times can be extended.

Payment Methods

Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal, Paysend, Western Union, MoneyGram, Revolut, IntelExpress, Swift, RIA, Welsens, Meest and others.

The invoice shown after placing your order does not include shipping costs. Shipping is added after the parcel is packed and weighed.

The final shipping cost is calculated using the postal company’s online calculator. Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a total invoice that includes both the order and shipping cost.

If you’re not satisfied with the shipping cost, you can cancel your order without any payment.

Placing an order

Place an order on our website. Please note the total order amount: shipping costs are not included and will be added after the package is packaged and weighed.

We will collect and weigh the order, will send you a photo of the product, a photo of the parcel on the scales and screenshots with the shipping cost from the website of the postal company. And we will give you the total cost (order + delivery). 

We will give you a screenshot from the postal company's website with the shipping cost.

If you don't like the shipping cost, you can cancel the order.

If you find it difficult to understand the options for ordering on our website, select shipping method "To talk with manager".

Just write your country and your phone number in international format (with your country code) in the note of the order.

Receiving a parcel from the postal company.

We will provide you a tracking number, you can track your parcel on the Ukrainian Post website  or on the website of the national postal company of your country where your parcel will arrive.

When the parcel reaches your country, delivery will be completed by your national postal operator (or one of its private partners). The same tracking number can be used on your country’s postal website.

Delivery Responsibility

We do not deliver parcels personally; all deliveries are handled by postal companies. Our responsibility ends once the parcel is handed over to the postal company, which assumes full responsibility for its transportation and delivery.

Please carefully check your parcel in the presence of the postal employee before signing for it — even if the packaging appears undamaged. If damage or shortage is not officially recorded at that time, the postal company will not accept a claim for compensation.

We guarantee careful and secure packaging to ensure your goods arrive safely. If your parcel is damaged or incomplete, we will file a claim with the postal company on your behalf. However, please note that compensation may be refused if the issue was not documented upon receipt.

Important Note About Liquids

Postal companies do not accept liquids for air transport. If such items are included in your parcel and shipped without issue, they may arrive safely. However, if they become depressurized or damaged during air transport, the postal company will not compensate for the loss.

Customs of your country

Upon arrival in your country, all shipments go through your country’s customs inspection — regardless of the parcel’s weight, size, or delivery method.

We ship worldwide but do not have complete information about the specific customs regulations of each country. If your customs authorities request additional documentation, we will provide all available materials, such as Safety Data Sheets, EU certificates, and other relevant documents.

However, if your country’s customs refuses entry of the parcel, we cannot be held responsible for this decision. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with your country’s import regulations before placing an international order.


Products that do not transport well:

Certain products are not suitable for long-distance or air transport, including:

  • Glass items (such as bottles);

  • Liquids in plastic or glass containers;

  • Fragile goods that can be damaged by movement or vibration;

  • Liquids sensitive to low temperatures (freezing) or pressure changes in aircraft cargo holds.

If a liquid container becomes depressurized during transport, it may leak and damage the entire contents of the parcel.


We have a lot of experience in packing parcels and we receive a lot of good feedback from our customers about the careful packing of their parcels. We can guarantee that the goods will be carefully packaged, but we cannot guarantee that the post office and couriers delivering the parcel to your address will handle the parcel with care.

In the vast majority of cases, our customers safely receive parcels with such goods. But when ordering goods that do not tolerate transportation well or are considered dangerous for air transportation, carefully weigh all the risks, because we will not be able to compensate for the cost of such goods.

Warranty repair/exchange

We undertake to fulfill warranty obligations according to the terms in the warranty document. We cover the transportation costs for warranty repairs within Ukraine. But we do not cover the cost of transporting goods from abroad for warranty repairs or exchanges. When ordering goods from Ukraine to another country, you must be aware of the risks associated with the complexity of exchanging or repairing such goods.

Exchange of goods with hidden factory defects.

During the use of goods, factory defects may be revealed, and we undertake to exchange such goods. We cover the transportation costs for the exchange or return of goods of inadequate quality within Ukraine. But we do not cover the cost of transporting goods from abroad for warranty repairs, exchanges or returns. When ordering goods from Ukraine to another country, you must be aware of the risks associated with the complexity of exchanging or repairing such goods.

Attention! Risks of delivering parcels by air.

If the way of your parcel to your country involves a flight by plane, then the parcel will fly not from Ukraine, but from a transit airport (Germany, Lithuania and other countries). This is due to the fact that due to Russian aggression and Russian bombings, civilian aircraft do not fly in Ukraine, all cargo from Ukraine goes by land to neighboring European countries and there is loaded onto a plane for delivery to Western European countries, the USA, Canada, Australia, Israel, Saudi Arabia and other countries that are far from Ukraine. Parcels fly all over the world on planes of different airlines from different airports. Airlines make sure that no items are brought on board that they consider dangerous for the aircraft. In addition, some countries (such as Canada) have special rules for air transportation. Therefore, your parcel, like any cargo, including all parcels from different stores and passenger luggage, will be subject to inspection by the security service at the airport. If the security service at the airport considers the items in the parcel dangerous for the aircraft, there is a risk that the parcel will be returned to the point of departure.

In the vast majority of cases, our clients safely receive parcels with such goods. But we recommend that you carefully weigh the risks.

The warning about the rules of air transportation does not apply to countries that have a common border with Ukraine (Poland, Moldova, Romania, Slovakia), as well as some neighboring countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Germany and others). All cargo is delivered to the countries closest to Ukraine not by planes, but by land transport*. Therefore, parcels that are sent to countries closest to Ukraine do not pass through the airport and the airport security service does not look for dangerous items in parcels.

*During the Russian aggressive war, civilian aircraft do not fly in Ukraine. All cargo from Ukraine is sent to neighboring countries by land transport and, if necessary, loaded onto an airplane for further transportation. Therefore, parcels that are sent to countries closest to Ukraine do not pass through the airport and the airport security service does not look for dangerous items in parcels.
