NOTD Shell Top - is a non-wipe top that combines pearl effect and rubbing effect in one bottle. Forget about three-step coating and chips. Now rubbing and top coating are combined in one step. With it, your nails will always be on trend:

– can be used on its own on both base and gel base
– creates a rubbing effect on both light and dark colors

– applies softly, spreads evenly
Application technology:
- degrease the nail plate
- apply dehydrator
- apply ultrabond
- apply an elastic base coat of Rubber Base and cure
- apply Shell Top in a thin layer, can be applied on a colored underlayer to change its effect
