NOTD Shell Top - is a no-wipe top coat that combines a pearl effect and a chrome effect in one bottle. Forget about three-step coating and chips. Now the chrome effect and regular top coat are combined in one step. With it, your nails will always be on trend:

– creates a chrome effect on both light and dark colors

Application technology:
- degrease the nail plate
- apply dehydrator
- apply ultra bond
- create an elastic cushion of base Rubber Base and cure
- apply a thin layer of Shell Top, you can do this on a colored base to change its effect
