NOTD Shell Top - a no-wipe top that combines a pearl effect and a rubbing powder effect in one bottle. Forget about three-step coating and chips. Now rubbing powder and coating with a regular top are combined in one step. With it, your nails will always be on trend:
– top with rubbing powder effect
– works on both base and gel underlay
– creates a rubbing powder effect on both light and dark colors
– no wipe
– applies softly, distributes evenly
Application:
- degrease the nail plate
- apply dehydrator
- apply ultrabond
- apply an elastic layer of Rubber Base and cure
- apply a thin layer of Shell Top, you can do this on a colored underlay to change its effect
