Cat Eye base #2 — is a base with a "cat eye" effect. The product contains fine metallic particles that, when reacting to a magnet, move in the unpolymerized coating layer, creating a perfect design with a charming shine.
Characteristics:
- medium consistency;
- self-levels well;
- does not require a dark substrate as it has optimal color density.
Application method:
- On the prepared nail plate, apply Rubber base with rubbing motions.
- Remove the sticky layer.
- Next, apply a thin layer of the cat eye base, add a modeling drop, turn the finger over to level, and use a magnet to create the highlight.
- Cure for 160 seconds.
- Then apply a top coat to finish the manicure.
