Description
Cat Eye base #3 — is a base with a "cat eye" effect. The product contains fine metallic particles that, reacting to a magnet, move in the unpolymerized layer of the coating, creating an ideal design with a magical shine.
Characteristics:
- medium consistency;
- self-levels well;
- does not require a dark base coat, as it has optimal color density.
Application Method:
- Apply Rubber base to the prepared nail plate with rubbing motions.
- Wipe off the stickiness.
- Then apply a not-too-thick layer of the cat eye base, add a modeling drop, turn the finger over to level, and use a magnet to form the highlight.
- Polymerize for 160 seconds.
- Then cover with top to finish the manicure.
