Description
Cat Eye base #1 — is a base with a 'cat eye' effect. The product contains fine metal particles that, in response to a magnet, move in the uncured coating layer, creating a perfect design with a charming shine.
Characteristics:
- medium consistency;
- self-levels well;
- does not require a dark base coat as it has optimal color density.
Application method:
- On the prepared nail plate, apply Rubber base with rubbing movements.
- Wipe off the sticky layer.
- Then apply a thin layer of the cat eye base, add a modeling drop, turn the finger over to level, and use a magnet to create a highlight.
- Cure for 160 seconds.
- Then coat with top to finish the manicure.
