Neo Cover Base - a universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide small imperfections, and give a delicate, gentle shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, making them suitable for both experienced professionals and beginners.
The palette mirrors the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, making color selection for clients much easier.

Usage Instructions:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
Ingredients: Polyacrylic Acid, Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate, Acrylates Copolymer, Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone, Ethyl Trimethylbenzoyl Phenylphosphinate, Silica.
