Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. Designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide minor imperfections, and give a delicate, gentle shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, making it suitable for both experienced masters and beginners.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

Purpose: for leveling, for color coating

Product features:
- HEMA-free and TPO-free
- Minimal sticky layer
- Medium consistency and self-leveling
- Balanced pigment content for easy application
- Medium flexibility
- Ability to adjust coating density to match your design
- Neutral acidity (~6)
- Suitable for light leveling

How to use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base on prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24 W LED lamp.
2. Remove the tacky layer.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48 W LED lamp.

Polymerization time: 60 seconds in a 48 W LED lamp.

Ingredients: Polyacrylic Acid, Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate, Acrylates Copolymer, Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone, Ethyl Trimethylbenzoyl Phenylphosphinate, Silica.
