Neo Cover Base - universal base for an ideal manicure. It is created to slightly level the nail surface, hide small imperfections and give a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and does not require additional effort, so it is suitable for both an experienced master and a beginner.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

Method of use:
1. Apply adhesive base thinly to prepared nails, cure for 60 sec in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove stickiness.
3. Apply clear or color base.
4. Cure for 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.

Ingredients: Polyacrylic Acid, Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate, Acrylates Copolymer, Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone, Ethyl Trimethylbenzoyl Phenylphosphinate, Silica.
