Application instructions:
- degrease the nail plate
- apply dehydrator, if needed apply ultrabond
- create an elastic base layer with Scotch base and cure
- evenly distribute Cover base in one thin layer and thoroughly level it.
We recommend finishing with NOTD Glossy Top No Wipe.
Cure time: UV – 120 seconds, LED – 60 seconds.
