Cover base NEW Formula — a new formula of base coat that provides quick polymerization and long-lasting durability.

— high plasticity, medium consistency
Application technique:
- degrease the nail plate
- apply dehydrator, if needed apply ultrabond
- create an elastic slip layer with Scotch base and cure
- evenly distribute Cover base in one thin layer and carefully level it.
We recommend finishing with a top coat NOTD Glossy Top No Wipe.
Polymerization: UV – 120 seconds, LED – 60 seconds.
