Shade Neon 03 is a refreshing, green-neon shade of young greenery.
Features of the Neon collection:
- the formula of optimal consistency is easily applied and distributed with a brush;
- good thixotropy and durability;
- due to rich pigmentation, the base can be used as a standalone coating.
It is recommended to apply Neon base in two layers, curing each layer 30-60 seconds in an LED lamp (even a thick layer cures well). If the nail plate is weakened, it is recommended to apply a thin layer of Rubber base gel under the color base.
