Color Neon 02 is a classic bright pink neon.
Features of the Neon collection:
- formula of optimal consistency is easy to apply and distribute with a brush;
- good thixotropy and durability;
- thanks to rich pigmentation, the base can be used as an independent coating.
It is recommended to apply Neon base in two layers, polymerization of each layer 30-60 seconds in an LED lamp (even a thick layer dries well). If the nail plate is weakened, it is recommended to apply a thin layer of Rubber base gel under the color base.
