Neo Cover Base A universal base for a perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections, and give a delicate, gentle shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, making it suitable for both an experienced master and a beginner.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

How to use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24 W LED lamp.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48 W LED lamp.

Polymerization time: 60 seconds in a 48 W LED lamp.
