Neo Cover Base is a universal base for perfect manicure. It is created to slightly level the nail surface, hide small imperfections and give a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that easily self-levels and does not require additional effort, so it is suitable for both experienced master and beginner.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

Method of use:
1. Apply a thin adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 sec in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove stickiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.
Polymerization time: 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.
Ingredients: Polyacrylic Acid, Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate, Acrylates Copolymer, Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone, Ethyl Trimethylbenzoyl Phenylphosphinate, Silica.
