- thanks to the unique formula, it looks bright even without a white undercoat; \r\n
- the pigment does not heat up, so the color does not get spotty \r\n
Technique:
\r\n- \r\n
- Prepare the nail with a 180 grit nail file. \r\n
- Thoroughly wipe the nail plate with GaMa freshener and apply primer. \r\n
- Apply a transparent base (the nail should look wet). Cure. \r\n
- Apply the neon base as a leveling layer. Cure. \r\n
- Apply top. Cure. \r\n
