Top LUMEN is a top that glows in the dark. Thanks to its formula, it accumulates light from any light source during the day and releases it in the dark.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS:

HOW TO USE:
1) Apply a thin layer to the nail
2) Add a small drop and level it
3) Cure Curing time: in a 48W LED lamp for 60 seconds.
